I don't normally pay much attention to the envelope Wells fargo sends me to send my check in. But today I read the inside flap-they had printed useful instructions on how to send in my check.
Did I include the check? Yep.
Did I include the pay slip? Yep.
Did I remember to write my account number on the memo line of my credit card? No..
It may be just me, but that doesn't seem like a good idea. I've had mail get lost before, so I'm worried that if I write my card # on the memo line, my letter will get stolen and then I'll have to deal with possible credit card fraud.
I wrote the card # on it this time- I haven't before.
What do you think? Write the card number or not?
